Three strikes. Zero dignity. Still undefeated.

(Because living with a cat is already a full-time sitcom.)

I tried to entertain my cat. Thatās how it always starts.
Armed with a laser pointer and overconfidence, I began āThe Game.ā You know the one ā zip the dot across the floor, let them chase it, zoom it up the wall like a caffeine-powered insect.
It started well. She pounced. She leapt. She knocked over a decorative plant. Classic fun.
But then⦠it stopped.
She froze.
Looked at me.
Looked at the wall.
Looked at my hand holding the laser.
The betrayal hit her like a kibble shortage.
She walked away mid-game. Tail high. Dignity intact.
Laser untouched.
Iāve been ghosted by my own cat.
Who knew the tiniest dot could destroy trust this fast?
Inspired by a tale clawed straight from the wilds of Reddit, courtesy of the betrayed and unamused. (We didnāt steal it ā our cat did.) š¼š¾

The Sick? Or Just Dramatic?
Cats are pros at sending mixed signals when somethingās off.
They donāt cry, limp, or bark for help ā they serve you vibes. š¼
Some signs could mean theyāre unwell (like skipping meals),
but others? Just another day in their furry soap opera.
Scientifically, it's called: Being a cat.

š Poll Results: Whatās your catās go-to gourmet?
Drumroll, please... š„
Turns out 75% of you have cats who wonāt eat their own food until they've lodged a formal complaint and conducted at least three suspicious sniff tests. š
š±
Winning Option:
š Their own food⦠but only after dramatic protest and 3 sniff tests
Other contenders:
š„ A stolen crouton from your salad
š§» Aged toilet paper roll corners
š„ Cucumber of doom (strictly for whacking, not snacking)
New poll drops next Thursday ā stay tuned for more feline foolishness!

Is It a Hairball⦠or a Power Move?
Cats gag dramatically. Itās what they do. But if your furball is hacking more than usual ā especially without producing anything ā it might be more than a hairball.
š§¼ Whatās normal?
Occasional hacking during shedding season = classic cat stuff.
š© Whatās not?
Frequent gagging, wheezing, or dry heaving could mean asthma, allergies, or something they ātastedā but shouldnāt have.
Pro tip: If the dramaās daily, itās vet time.
If it ends in a hairball on your pillow... also vet time (and maybe therapy).
Thatās all for this weekās tails, fur-iend!
Thanks for reading ā I hope I brought some smiles to your face! Stay pawsome, and Iāll catch you in the next issue!
